Acid Masters

The Acid Masters competition is divided in two main parts, on both you are trying to get as many meters as possible. The two parts are called Machine-Waves and Muscle-Waves, where the MachineWaves is a ten minute workout where you push your Machine-beats to the maximum. The MuscleWaves are a five minute workout that is focusing on your muscular capacity, but also on your mental strength to handle muscle-pain. These two parts are mixed during the Acid Masters in one or two Rounds.

Acid Masters

Each Round is a set of Waves, the Machine-waves are usually performed on a muscular driven work-out machine that counts your earned meter during 10 minuts. The MuscleWaves is always a five minute exercises where you or a judge, count your reps, and then converts the numbers to meters. There can be many different Machines- and Muscle-Waves setups during a Acid Masters workout, but it is always a minimum of four Waves on a Masters Race. Minimum one Machine- and one Muscle-Wave.

Acid Masters is a non-gender competition. The competitors is divided in two weight classes, 75 kg and above or below 75 kg.
